All pages should be seen as a "crossroads" and "launch point" for further learning.
Topics must have links to overview and related topics. Often a topic is "closely related" but "not exactly" the topic desired. Links to related topics will provide the needed information.
There is no way to control how a user reaches a page. It is likely that they found it through an external search engine, or a URL referenced in an electronic message. There must not be any "dead-end" pages which have no links out. Someone jumping directly to that page by a will not know where they are, or where to go next.
How the RKT Tools Help
The RKT tools make it easy to create lists of links. Simply place the topic title in backquotes and the RKT tools will automatically add a HREF anchor to link to that topic.
